    TikTok's Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with Spanish clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
    The Brand Partnerships Vertical Lead will manage a team for the Auto, Finance, Travel and Energy Verticals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
    • Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
    • Help deepen penetration in the verticals
    • Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
    • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
    • Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions

    Leadership:

    • Drive growth for the advertising business and the brand partnership team in the region
    • Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales strategy
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals
    • Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
    • People management experience. Specifically, sales teams
    • Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
    • Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
