Responsibilities:
- Own and drive multiple high-priority projects focused on Trust & Safety impact.
- Lead projects from conceptual stage to launch/execution: Define scope, schedule, key milestones, tasks, deliverables and ownership for timely and effective delivery of project outcomes at scale that strengthen T&S's readiness for emerging challenges and opportunities.
- Establish frameworks, tools, and governance processes to enhance operational efficiency, accountability, and consistency across T&S.
- Orchestrate the efforts of cross-functional teams across global time zones and geographies, including adaptive stakeholder management and escalation of blockers as necessary.
- Anticipate T&S leadership needs by providing proactive, executive-level communications on project progress, contribute thought leadership to initiatives, and deliver exemplary partnership and support.
- Help Trust & Safety reach greater levels of organizational effectiveness.
- Listen for, identify, and synthesize regional operational pain points; elevate high impact opportunities and shape cases for transformational change.
- Help grow the Program Management practice; develop new tool sets, processes, methods, and infrastructure to reach higher levels of domain maturity.
- Role model fact-based decisions in everything we do; proactively support the organization in sourcing data and generating insights for enhanced decision-making and outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in complex program management, strategic planning, business process improvement, performance management, and/or change management.
- Highly organized with the ability to skillfully manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders.
- Highly adept at cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Highly entrepreneurial self-starter capable of driving forward fast-moving projects.
- Proven ability to rapidly identify problems, thoroughly analyze them, and deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Adept at handling confidential information and situations with care and confidence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience directly in Trust & Safety or a comparable technical field or complex global organization.
- PMP, Lean SixSigma Black Belt (LSS-BB), Design Thinking and/or Agile certification(s).
