- Possess a deep understanding of search and recommendation mechanisms, partnering with product and traffic teams to establish a merchandise incubation mechanism, thereby boosting the turnover of merchant-side products.
- Build a data monitoring and performance evaluation system for merchant and product operations. Continuously analyze and summarize merchant operations, product variety, and competitiveness. Identify issues from data and refine strategies and product optimizations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of experience in product operation/ business product management.
- Good insight and mindset in global context.
Preferred Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of local service/e-commerce/O2O industry related operation/product operation experience.
- Experience in merchant product and merchant operations, with strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional team collaboration is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills, empathy, and patience.
