    Position summary

    pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment.

    TikTok Shop's Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) team accelerates category growth with innovative commerce strategies. We partner with brands to deliver scale, impact, and measurable conversion.

    Responsibilities

    • Campaign planning for category events, Super brand day and other major seller & brand marketing campaigns with TikTok
    • Comprehensive understanding for Live-streaming content operation and product assortment strategy
    • Work as a Campaign Executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, including promotion setting, creator sourcing, product delivery track, and communication with cross functional teams
    • Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation
    • Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Actively enrolled university student, able to work full-time for at least 3 months, 5 days a week
    • Strong communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic formulas).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Understanding of E-Commerce operations and campaign execution (Ecommerce experience is a plus).
    • Familiarity with performance tracking, resource allocation, and campaign coordination.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
