    Team Introduction
    The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. Our commitments include delivering interactive experiences, supporting creators, and fostering partnerships. By focusing on these areas, we aim to elevate the overall live experience for users, empower creators, and build strong, sustainable partnerships within the creator community.

    We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

    Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct online configuration of regional campaigns
    • Closely monitor the campaign results in real-time
    • Complete established processes to accomplish whole campaign execution process
    • Work closely with XFN teams to assist the team in initiating and following up on the processes related to campaign rewards and offline incentives execution, ensuring positive creator feedback about campaign execution
    • Participate in different tasks/projects as needed to drive business growth

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree
    • Experience with internet creator economy such as content, advertisement, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc.
    • Experience with Canvas, Figma, and/or Tableau
    • Strong numeric and communication skills with different types of stakeholders.
    • Committed to strongly engage with a blossoming, fast moving digital industry.
    • Eager to learn while partnering with digital content stakeholders, achieving results, and supporting decision making based on numeric data.
    • Good teamwork skills, priority awareness, and a sense of responsibility

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bilingual in Portuguese due to close collaboration with international teams
    • Interest in TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
    • Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward
    • Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
