With the vision of making content creation simpler and content innovation more exciting, CapCut-app was first launched on the mobile platform in April 2020. By providing comprehensive and rich video editing functions, Capcut has a variety of editing effects, video templates and impressive music library. In less than a year, CapCut has been released in the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and other countries. In order to better serve user’s diversified demands, the PC version was launched in 2022. Up to now, CapCut has more than 100 million global monthly active users, and has maintained a leading position in the download list of multiple app stores around the world.

Responsibilities
1: Responsible for establishing the introduction and management process of CapCut creators and agencies.
2: Formulate the incentive strategy for creators, and continuously optimize the strategy according to different business stages.
3: Manage CapCut creators and carry forward the education and training for creators, promote the platform rules and laws®ulations knowledge, and constantly improve the scale of high-quality creators.
4: Work closely with the content team to improve the content production quality and increase the content production of the target vertical and target groups.

Qualifications
1: More than 2 years of experience in content creator operation or related projects, and local marketing experience of short video creator/institution is preferred.
2: Good at communication, outgoing, and enthusiastic about the operation of the creator.
3: Familiar with content ecosystem and data analysis.
4: Fluent in Japanese; good English communication ability is preferred. Have the passion for content, be highly devoted to work, and have experience of remote working.
