Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of business development by leading lead mining, conducting in-depth lead validation, and executing strategic seller outreach to drive pipeline growth.
- Conduct analysis of the seller onboarding funnel, identify bottlenecks through data-driven insights, and formulate actionable optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Deeply engage in the design and delivery of seller training programs and support initiatives, including developing campaign frameworks, curating webinar content, and providing personalized guidance to enhance seller performance.
- Plan and execute operational strategies, content roadmaps, and growth initiatives for assigned seller segments, aligning with business objectives to drive scale and engagement.
- Act as a key liaison in meetings with local partners, contribute to strategic discussions, and lead cross-team communication to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of collaborative projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- MS degree with a graduation date before December of 2026
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change.
- Structured thinking, good data sense, very strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward.
- Passion for business and aim for higher goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or full-time experience in an e-commerce marketplace business, or retail category management is a plus
- Familiarity with TikTok content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand-creator partnerships is a plus
