Roles & Responsibilities:
- Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Perform research and analysis in support of operations.
- Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data.
- Act as coordinator to run cross-functional projects among the electronics category and other teams in TikTok Shop.
- May perform additional projects/ ad-hoc work upon request
- Actively enrolled university student able to commit at least 3 months, preferrably in the Business Administration or related major.
- Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must have experience with teamwork or projects at school.
- Proactive, growth mindset and willing to learn.
- Experience with Excel, Data Analytical tool.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
