    Position summary

    Team Introduction
    The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

    Client Partner - CPG is responsible for successfully executing a media sales role by delivering and selling our advertising products and solutions to our potential promising clients across CPG industries with Beauty, F&B, Living Goods and others. Ideal candidate will establish and strengthen key client relationships to focus on driving revenue, thought leadership, and advertiser business impact, by possessing an expert understanding of digital platform media sales, ad metrics, operations, and eco-system. They will be the advocate for the category and will work with our product and cross-functional teams to find digital media solutions for our key clients. This position requires working with various stakeholders across the organization, both locally and internationally.

    Responsibilities

    1. Establish and manage professional client relationships in order to drive campaign media deals to closure and retain/grow revenue from advertisers
    2. Give data-driven presentations and persuasive sales proposals that are optimized to clients' business objectives
    3. Clearly understand the sales status through active partnership management
    4. Collaborate with relevant departments to manage client's advertising campaigns

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Bachelors degree or above
    2. 8+ years of sales or partnership in ad product sales in media or agencies
    3. Understanding of the local media ecosystem with strong network within the advertising industry
    4. Strong sales acumen and ability to develop and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and presentation skills
    5. Ability to plan and manage extensive advertising budgets & campaigns
    6. Proficient in English and Korean both (speaking and writing) as stakeholders and clients will be both local and global.

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Relevant experience in CPG/FMCG industries with knowledge of branding and performance marketing
    2. eCommerce sales experience
