- Identify new opportunities and grow performance-driven advertisement business by setting priorities, planning and executing sales strategies and partnering with clients to exceed monthly sales quotas
- Build strong partnership with ROAS-driven key clients;
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions that tie to client business objectives;
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing consumer trends, market knowledge, and data-driven insights;
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives;
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, and contribute to the development of thought leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated an understanding of the gaming industry with a strong existing industry network and experience working with gaming clients
- Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and digital marketing;
- 3+ years of experience in either a sales role at a technology-driven company or performance marketing expert with business development experiences;
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking;
- Willingness to learn quickly and keep up to date with industry and marketing-focused trends;
- High level in Korean and Business level English language proficiency both written and oral required as business conducted involves communication in regional and global markets.
