    About the team
    TikTok's Global Business Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We provide strategic input and run high-impact campaigns to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips.

    Client Solutions Manager(CSM) is a consulting expert who proposes optimization solutions for TikTok's performance & branding advertisement products to meet marketing purposes and campaign KPIs of major advertisers. In the sales stage, ideal candidates propose product scenarios and solutions for full-funnel advertising through sales team. In the post-sales stage, you will be responsible for data-driven monitoring and product proposals in the method of growth marketing to optimize advertising efficiency after the live campaign. In addition, Client Solutions Managers achieve advertisers' campaign goals and seek upselling opportunities by educating new TikTok advertising products and giving performance reviews.

    Responsibilities

    • Propose full funnel advertisement solutions & consultative presentations to advertisers as a member of sales team
    • Educate clients on TikTok's advertising processes, products and best practices for performance & branding campaigns
    • Proactively analyze data to plan, setup and optimize performance & branding auction advertisement campaigns
    • Identify up-selling opportunities by monitoring campaign delivery and revenue growth
    • Conduct A/B tests and share feedback to develop new TikTok ad products and solutions
    • Build strong cross-functional collaboration and trust relationship with sales team via daily interaction, weekly review, and quarterly strategy plannings to support clients' needs

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or above
    • 3+ years of experience of digital marketing in platforms, media, in-house marketing or agencies
    • Ability to analyze data and identify insights
    • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and work with self-motivation
    • Fluent in both Korean and English

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Sales oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing clients
    • Ability to make effective sales pitch based on creative ideas
