Client Solutions Manager(CSM) is a consulting expert who proposes optimization solutions for TikTok's performance & branding advertisement products to meet marketing purposes and campaign KPIs of major advertisers. In the sales stage, ideal candidates propose product scenarios and solutions for full-funnel advertising through sales team. In the post-sales stage, you will be responsible for data-driven monitoring and product proposals in the method of growth marketing to optimize advertising efficiency after the live campaign. In addition, Client Solutions Managers achieve advertisers' campaign goals and seek upselling opportunities by educating new TikTok advertising products and giving performance reviews.
