About the Role:
The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) plays a vital role in driving TikTok's business growth by serving as a strategic advisor and day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of advertisers. In partnership with their Business Partnerships Manager (BPM), the CSM will drive and support post-sale client engagement -- this includes managing relationships, delivering performance insights, and driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies. The role requires a demonstrated ability to identify upsell opportunities and coach clients/agencies to most effectively leverage our unique suite of ad products to drive results. Success in this role requires strong analytical abilities and client service excellence.
