    Responsibilities

    • Build strong client and agency partnerships, ensuring shared goals and smooth collaboration.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, forecasts, and QBRs
    • Share insights and results, tailor updates to client needs, and identify growth and upsell opportunities.
    • Lead strategic planning and workshops, using data and TikTok insights to drive impact.
    • Keep clients informed on new products and best practices; relay feedback to improve TikTok solutions.
    • Handle daily operations efficiently, including ad issues, verifications, and escalations.
    • Able to manage main stakeholders who are in the US and client is across APAC
    • Commercial thinking: working with BPM to unlock revenue opportunities, hunting, needs strong sales mindset
    • Growth levers for ENT LOB (full funnel)

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5 years in digital advertising, client solutions, or managing strategic clients (flexible for strong candidates with 4+ years).
    • Proven success managing multi-region campaigns (APAC) across multiple business verticals.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and drive alignment across fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
    • Working knowledge of self-serve advertising platforms, including auction-based and biddable buying models.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign and interpret campaign data, translating insights from Ads Manager, Brand Lift Studies, and similar datasets into actionable recommendations.
    • Consistent track record of supporting revenue growth.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience managing global or regional accounts across APAC, with understanding of market dynamics, media ecosystems, and regulatory environments.
    • Deep expertise across the full marketing funnel, with a strong grasp of advertiser challenges, measurement, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Collaborative and solution-oriented, with a proactive mindset and commitment to fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
    • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
