    About the role:
    The Client Solutions Manager - Gaming is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding auction advertisement products for key clients in the gaming industry. Client Solutions Manager proposes full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and is responsible for campaign operation and optimisation of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage. The roles & responsibilities also include educating new or additional TikTok ad products and adopting new features to seek opportunities in upselling to existing clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers of all sizes
    • Support and work with the Sales team on pre-sale research and pitch with a greater focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy
    • Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance and performance products
    • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
    • Monitor and analyze ad campaigns on a daily basis to proactively take initiative to improve results.
    • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team
    • Focus on solution expertise growth within the org. Assist with asset & data collection for various business needs such as Business Cases, Case Studies, and Quarterly Business Review
    • Cooperate with multiple internal teams to set up clients' campaigns for success, including but not limited by Product team, Marketing team, Engineering team, Ad policy team, Creative team, Ad operation team.
    • Work closely with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign, provide market feedback, and support TikTok for Business product development
    • Work closely with the creative team to provide gaming clients with creative solutions support including creative insights and creative strategies
    • Cooperate with the ad policy team to ensure the clients and CSM team is kept up to date on any policy changes and get all support needed
    • Cooperate with the Ad Operation team to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution, and ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate.
    • Cooperate with the Organic team to help clients do a better organic presence on a platform that can complement to advertising strategy

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in account management/client service roles in digital marketing
    • Extensive knowledge is media buying / user acquisition positions focused on performance marketing
    • Deep understanding & experience of the Gaming ecosystem
    • Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, SKAN, measurement, and using major tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc
    • Data-driven approach. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
    • Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in excel, SQL is a plus

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills
    • Opportunity-oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing gaming clients
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
