Monetization Integrity is a global team responsible for ensuring that all monetized creativity on TikTok is safe, ethical and high quality. MI aims to deliver innovative solutions to improve the advertiser experience and manage risks on TikTok. Globally, regulators are increasing focus on social media companies with new regulations with specific requirements relating to moderation, transparency and reporting. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent project and stakeholder management skills with experience in compliance and process design who is ready to learn and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders, complex requirement and different functions across cultures and time zones to join our team. What You'll Do - Drive end to end compliance requirement projects within Monitization Integrity (MI) function, engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders with different subject matter expertise - Engage with Monetization Compliance PMO to identify requirements specific to MI - Analyze as-is situations, re-design processes based on regulatory requirements , drive internal and external stakeholder alignments, and set up success metrics. - Analyse as-is situations, re-design processes based on regulatory requirements - Monitor global compliance developments and derive meaningful insights from a MI perspective to advise MI leadership on key requirements and potential risks - Lead within MI and support wider TikTok compliance governance structure w - Develop pragmatic long term MI compliance strategy. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience. - 6+ years of experience in implementating process re-design, end to end project delivery. Previous compliance implemenation preferred e.g. GDPR - Extensive direct project management or related work experience and aptitude for managing & analyzing data. - Experience managing large scale global projects and following through the entire project life cycle. - Demonstrable stakeholder management experience both including senior leadership level and multt functional e.g. Legal - Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global, diverse teams in multiple time-zones. - Ability to identify and solve complex problems. - Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and identify trade-offs. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
