    Position summary

    and operational assessments, ensuring balanced coverage of scenarios, content types, and edge cases.
    3. Analyze complex, ambiguous, and high-risk cases to provide structured clarifications, reduce enforcement discrepancies, and inform the Content Judgement team for improvements.
    4. Support arbitration, QA, training, and calibration workflows by identifying misapplication patterns and operational gaps, driving measurable improvements in reviewer accuracy and consistency.
    5. Track quality and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancements in enforcement accuracy, workflow efficiency, and cross-team effectiveness.
    6. Collaborate cross-functionally with Policy Judgement QAs, internal QAs teams to ensure OGs and Testing Sets are scalable, actionable, and effectively translated into SOPs and training materials.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and above or equivalent working experiences in a short video product user area.
    • At least 1 year of training experience in trust and safety or policy.
    • Familiar with the business logic of labeling and working mode of the upstream and downstream teams.
      -Strong presentation skills along with diverse communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (PPT / Excel / Word).
    • Flexibility to move between projects based on business needs and willingness to travel abroad to a nearby country for a short period of up to 1 month (if any).
    • Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content.
