    Team introduction:
    The Publisher Growth & Development team in Mexico focuses on ensuring consistency across all interactions with Content Partners by creating core narratives and partner solutions tailored to their lifecycle stages and needs. We support central and regional partnership teams with effective resources, internal training, and insights. Our principles emphasize transparency, value-driven work, shared ownership, and the expansion of impact through enabling other teams.

    About the Role:
    The Content Partner Manager will be a crucial member of the team that will support partner needs in meeting its objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients. Key responsibilities include identifying partner needs, co-developing strategies, creating and localizing advanced resources, facilitating external education, maintaining publisher hubs, and executing scalable development frameworks.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner Management for Locally Managed Accounts: Manage a portfolio of local Content Partner accounts, contributing to their success and growth on the platform. Provide careful recommendations for product use to deliver non-monetary value.
    • Cultivate Positive Relationships: Foster strong relationships with partners, offering tailored support based on their needs.
    • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Central and Regional teams to support the management of Central or Regional accounts based in the region, ensuring alignment with Central and Regional strategies, business summaries, and relationship management.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to support quarterly business reviews and contribute to achieving overall business objectives.
    • Content Acquisition and Onboarding: Support negotiations for content acquisition and new Content Partners onboarding, contributing to partnerships that enhance platform content and user experience diversity.
    • Monetization Support: Assist in implementing strategies to accelerate publisher monetization and growth on the platform.
    • Product Adoption Assistance: Ensure partners are effectively leveraging platform features.
    • Partner Feedback: Gather and share feedback from publishers on pain points and priorities with Central and Regional teams.
    • Community Management: Manage longtail publishers using scaled channels to foster a vibrant publisher community.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Interest or experience in partner management, account support, or related areas.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of partner initiatives.
    • Basic understanding of content acquisition, monetization, and product adoption strategies.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
    • Strong skills in data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development.
    • Familiarity with the Entertainment and Sports industries is a significant plus.
