Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and above;
- 5+ years or proven experience in marketing strategy, user growth, advertising campaigns, creative content & operations, or influencer marketing partnerships;
- Have good showcases in creative marketing strategies and ad campaigns;
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and customer acquisition strategies, with the ability to develop effective marketing plans based on business objectives;
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to use data and user insights to inform growth strategies;
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Comfortable working across departments and managing coordination across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Past work experience in e-commerce marketplace/4A companies/creative agencies is highly preferred.
- Experience driving business growth in overseas markets, particularly in Europe or the UK;
- Demonstrated innovation and self-motivation, with the ability to explore and develop new growth channels beyond existing frameworks;
- Proven track record of applying data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Candidates with experience on running personal social media accounts (e.g. TikTok, Red, Instagram, etc.), with a clear content strategy, content explosure & follower growth showcases, are also welcome to apply.
