Key Responsibilities:
- Creator Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison for a regional portfolio of creators engaged in TikTok's public policy advocacy program. You'll identify, onboard, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with these creator partners.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with USDS and TikTok Inc. Public Policy teams to identify opportunities for creator advocates to highlight the platform's positive impact in communities nationwide. This includes integrating them into events and policy engagements and ensuring their stories are effectively shared.
- Event and Engagement Lead: Act as the primary point of contact for creator advocates at key events and engagements, ensuring they feel supported and that their participation aligns with our advocacy goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience working in political campaigns, public policy-focused digital communications, and/or government relations.
- Working understanding of the current political environment, state and federal legislative processes, and the creator economy.
- Effective communications skills and a demonstrated ability to identify and amplify individuals and stories that resonate with elected officials and key opinion leaders.
- Ability to travel frequently in the U.S.
