Position summary

The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Responsibilities: - Build the TikTok Shop Creator guiding and educating content system, help e-commerce creators to learn more about rules of the platform, and decrease the violation rate of creators. - Track creators' rule compliance and violation situation, by collecting creator's feedback and data-tracking, optimize current platform rule by XFN projects. - Optimize the whole experience of e-commerce creators regarding platform rules related, improving creator's TikTok Shop e-commerce experience by utilizing in-app tool, content system, workshops, etc. - Bachelor degree or above, at least 2 years working experience in punishment and warning field - Be familiar with e-commerce business, compliance risk management, rule management and other governance businesses, and be familiar with the overall picture of governance system construction and operation - Good communication and teamwork skills, a high sense of responsibility and self driving, able to work under strong pressure - Good data sensitivity and logical thinking, with the ability to analyze and summarize data independently TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
