    Position summary

    • Participate in planning live campaigns, PK competitions, and creator incentive programs.
    • Liaise with cross-functional resources to optimize creator exposure and revenue.
    • Maintain community relationships and address daily issues and needs of creators.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, good content sensitivity and crisis management skills.
    • Passionate about social media, familiar with user behavior and community culture on platforms such as TikTok.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Relevant experience in internet or community operations is preferred.
