About the position:
Marketing partnerships are essential for accelerating the global sales of TikTok's paid media offerings by collaborating with partners who make marketing on TikTok easy, effective, and scalable. As a Creative Partner Operations Manager, you will source, identify, develop, and manage these creative partnerships to help TikTok marketers expand their reach. Additionally, you will oversee the daily operations of our TTCC and TTCX products, providing in-depth product insights and ongoing consultative support to TikTok's sales team and their clients.
The end goal is to drive advertiser adoption and revenue, enhance the quality of creative content on TikTok, and support marketers and businesses in scaling their success on the platform. Creative partner categories include creative production, creator marketing, creative tools, and effects
