Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of full time experience working in an analytical role in a top tier social media or entertainment companies, including 2+ years as a people manager
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other science and engineering fields
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R
• Experience navigating and working with large data sets using SQL
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, learn autonomously, and highly organized
• Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of technical concepts such as Machine Learning, Causal Inference, and AI
• Experience in Livestream products
• Experience working with international partners in different time zones
• Passion for social technology products and a curiosity to learn & grow with a fast paced company

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $201000 - $395280 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
