What You'II Do
- Work with large and complex data to solve technical and statistical challenges, and drive business impact.

- Review and analyze the current issues in the open platform(mini games and short drama) and Account data pipeline, collaborate with business teams to push forward improvement plans, correct and optimize problems, and provide accurate data-driven decision support for business iteration.
- Explore and summarize analytical methodologies, study analysis theories, and drive the iterative optimization of data products to improve analytical efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related major.
- 2+ years of relevant data analysis experience, proficient in SQL, Python, or R for data processing, familiar with basic statistical knowledge, and some experience in data-driven business.
- Excellent logical thinking skills, capable of identifying, analyzing, and solving problems. Strong cross-department communication and collaboration abilities, and passionate about challenges.
- Strong learning ability and curiosity, with a positive and proactive attitude. Approaches problems with rigor, capable of independently exploring and collaborating to solve issues, and possesses resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with open platform(mini games and drama) and account business logic is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion about social products and curiosity to deep dive.
- track record of driving business impact with data insights
- Master or Ph.D. Degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience in product-side data analysis and Internet C-end app project experience is a plus.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $292600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
