Position summary

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the TikTok Creator Marketing Solutions team. TikTok Creator Marketing Solutions is responsible for TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM), the official platform for brand and creator collaborations on TikTok. With TTCM, brands and agencies can browse and search TTCM's marketplace of over 100,000+ qualified creators across 24 countries, contact creators, and manage/track branded content campaigns and outsourced creative production. Responsibilities: - Execute global marketing campaigns for TikTok Creator Marketplace - the official destination for brand and creator collaboration on TikTok - including email and digital surface activation - Become a center-of-excellence in internal tooling for campaign management across core channels including product/platform, email and digital/web. - Devise and implement an email automation strategy including nurture flows and drip marketing campaigns that drive conversion and retention among both creators and advertisers. - Own the TikTok Creator Marketplace website, partnering with product, content strategy and various XFN on optimization opportunities, onboarding experiences, SEO and workflow management. - Manage content calendars, UI/UX/design resourcing requests and publication schedules across various regional and cross-functional stakeholders. - Partner with internal teams to scale and localize campaigns, including coordination of language translations. - Conduct A/B testing, monitor campaign performance, and make strategic recommendations to optimize marketing and content efforts. - Identify relevant industry trends, best practices, and insights to continually optimize our digital and content marketing strategies. - Contribute to reviewing and quality-controlling all campaign output. Qualifications: - BA/BS degree - 5+ years of digital marketing and campaign execution experience in B2B and Digital Advertising environments. - Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute impactful campaigns across multiple channels - including web, mobile, email and social media (paid and organic). - Comfortable leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define goals, strategies, and processes. - Knowledgeable about digital marketing tooling and analytics. Preferred Qualifications: - Localization project/program management experience combined with the ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines. - Solid email campaign execution experience, including automation strategy (nurture flows, drip marketing). - Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to strategize on SEO opportunity areas (web, editorial, product).
