Position summary

Responsibilities -Work as a consultant with key clients in the Digital native / e-commerce vertical to position TikTok as a strategic business partner. -Develop and maintain multi level relationships with clients and agency stakeholders to support & guide clients on their digital native journeys. -Develop & define measurement frameworks and metrics that go in line with the performance and growth objectives for clients and for the business. -Leverage cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives to ensure the highest level of servicing and business growth. -Develop and implement an education and enablement program to continually level up clients on the industry and the TikTok solutions. -BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field. -Five to Ten years of experience in advertising sales, tech, startup or related business development or strategy function. -Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics. -Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams. -Excellent verbal and written English. -Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights. -Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit. -Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
