About the Team The Strategy & Analytics team of Global Commerce plays a core role in analyzing the industry trend, setting the business target and reviewing the overall business performance in the UK and Europe.


  • Develop short-term and long-term plans for the scale and revenue targets of TikTok's e-commerce business in Europe, track daily performance, identify problems, propose recommendations and support business reviews and decision-making;
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of commerce business, including traffic efficiency, user behavior, merchant operation, etc;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high-impact projects;
  • Provide solid support for business growth through internal and external research and competitor benchmarking.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience;
  • Proficient in at least one major analytical tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Python;
  • Experience in e-commerce business analysis, commercial analysis, and/or data analysis;
  • Experience in strategic consulting/internet industry analysis is a plus;
  • Have good communication and coordination skills, excellent logical thinking ability, sensitive to data, able to quickly understand business.
