TikTok is looking for a Brand Partnerships eCom Vertical Lead for our D2C team. This team is responsible for working closely with key export clients within the Israeli eCommerce space. The vertical lead will be responsible for developing people and culture in their team and for revenue growth and building relationships with strategic partners. The vertical lead will also be expected to initiate and implement revenue-driving projects and processes within the vertical.
Additional responsibilities include establishing and strengthening key client relationships in the eCom vertical to focus on driving and scaling revenue, thought leadership, and generating impact with strategic clients. The job requires a deep knowledge of digital media sales, operations, and understanding of the ecosystem. The vertical lead will work closely with local and international cross-functional teams to find tailored solutions for our partners. Success in the position requires an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fluid work environment constantly innovating to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our ever-evolving, unique ad product suite.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth for the eCom vertical in the region
- Close work with IL leadership to establish a sales strategy and execution plan to grow revenue from advertisers
- Ensure business growth through managing client relationships
- Lead by example: coach and elevate Partnership Managers by providing guidance on consultative, client-centric selling
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with direct reports to assess short and long-term goals
- Build, retain, and grow a well-rounded sales team
- Collaborate with cross-departments and key stakeholders across marketing, product, sales operations teams
- Proven track record in the eCom industry
- Experience in digital sales, advertising, or user acquisition
- People management experience and track record of achieving goals
- Strong leadership skills and passion to develop a performance oriented team
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical thinking and excellent understanding of the digital media landscape
- Entrepreneurial mindset and outside-the-box thinker
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
