Responsibilities

1. Responsible for office build project design management, to ensure that the design solution, project progress, and cost, etc. meet the project requirements.
2. Review and improve the vendor's design solution to ensure the effective implementation of the technical solutions.
3. Provide technical support to the project, solve technical problems, and continuously research on new technologies.
4. Understand business requirements to provide solutions and ensure the feasibility of the solutions, as well as continuous research on new technologies in terms of testing and implementation.
5. Continuously keep an eye on industry trends and bring in best practices that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Project design management experience. Global experience is preferred.
2. Must have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure construction technologies, including but not limited to structured cabling, data center engineering, security systems, network communications, audio and video systems, intelligent building applications, etc.
3. Proficiency in CAD 3D drawing.
4. Must be self-motivated and passionate about new technologies with innovative mindsets. Willing to continuously self-study and make breakthroughs.
