Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading a full-stack technical team in the field of Traffic Matrix to explore and implement diversified user growth solutions with PM team to achieve annual growth targets
• Collaborate with business team and use unique features of various countries & regions to deliver a distinctive TikTok user experience on various devices such as Web, Pad, TV, etc.
• Develop comprehensive technical solutions for multiple terminals to reduce overall technical investment, be responsible for technical development layout, and help solve complex technical problems
• Responsible for technical team management, worldwide team development, and team member cultivation. Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 60 months of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

60 months of experience in:

• Using at least one programming languages: C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Go or Python
• Working on technology systems related to large-scale consumer products (content/game/e-commerce/social, etc.)
• Leading technical backend and frontend teams to develop large-scale distributed technical system architectures
