Position summary

Our team provides industry-leading ML algorithm capabilities and complete voice product solutions for all business lines, including toB business as well. We empower businesses in the fields of audio understanding, audio creation, music retrieval and generation, song synthesis, ML education, etc., and solve basic problems such as human-computer voice interaction, audio and video content understanding and creation, and education intelligence. 1. Build and manage a small to medium sized engineering team for career development 2. Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results 3. Define a long term technical roadmap for the team 4. Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product 1. Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline 2. At least 5 years of industry experience in backend services development and at least 1 year of experience in managing or tech-leading a software engineering team (in Speech, Audio or related fields is a plus) 3. Proficiency in languages such as Python/Java/C/C++/Go 4. Strong experience with data structures and algorithms 5.
