Position summary
looking for a proactive and driven Field Marketing Intern to join our TikTok Shop team in Mexico. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing offline merchant recruitment campaigns in key commercial areas.
- Conduct face-to-face visits to local businesses, explaining TikTok Shop's model, benefits, and onboarding process.
- Support merchant registration, documentation, and account setup.
- Collect and organize merchant feedback and report market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve local seller acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
- University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with field work and interacting with diverse types of merchants.
- Medium level both verbal and written proficiency in English is required for work with English speaking stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to commit to working for at least 24 weeks
