Position summary

About the Team: The TikTok fundamental frontend team will focus on frontend development, and also focus on understanding our users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing the problems we must solve, and rapidly creating innovative user experience solutions. We are looking for some experienced frontend architects to improve and upgrade the frontend architecture of the TikTok fundamental team and continually push the innovation bar on how we optimize products to drive new and existing user engagement and retention. Responsibilities: 1. Creating innovative user experience technical solutions. 2. Improving and upgrading the frontend architecture of TikTok frontend team. 3. Formulating development and engineering specifications, building engineering systems, and improving R&D efficiency and product performance and experience; 4. Solving technical problems in complex business scenarios and leading the technical construction of the team; Qualifications 1. B. Sc or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions. 2. 5+ years experience in developing frontend web applications, with proven experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS, React/Vue/Angular and packaging frameworks like Webpack/Rollup/BaBel/AST/Gulp. 3. Experience in large-scale product architecture design. 4. Good understanding of web architecture and current frontend advanced technology. 5. Great to have full-stack development experience.
