Our team is the Cross Platform Team and our mission is to build hybrid development infrastructure to improve developer experience and development efficiency. You will collaborate with client-side engineers on our team to use cutting-edge hybrid technologies to push the boundaries of the Web. We're searching for outstanding engineers to assist us with this endeavor. You will collaborate with our senior engineers to solve technical issues. Your job will be challenging and will have a significant impact on TikTok web-related projects. In this role, you will: 1. Cooperate with client side engineers to explore next generation hybird solutions to achieve the best performance and developer experience; 2. Drive the construction of engineering solutions to improve hybrid R&D efficiency and quality ; 3. Lead cross team discussions and projects to land architecture solutions. Job Requirements : - 3+ years of experience working in frontend development. Experience of hybrid development is a plus. - Deep understanding of frontend compiling tools like Webpack, Rollup, Esbuild and Vite. Experience of compiling tool or plugin development is a plus. - Excellent technical design ability, strong coding ability, in-depth understanding of at least one MV* framework (such as React or Vue, etc.), familiarity with Chromium, V8, Node.js and their underlying principles, ability to systematically analyze performance issues and perform optimizations in Hybrid scenarios. - Good architectural design focuses on the big picture, not just the frontend but also the native and server sides. - Good planning and project driving ability, able to land architecture implementations across teams. - Bonus points: Experience of iOS or Android development.
