    About the Team
    Our Global Agency team works with leading global agency partners to deliver innovative technology solutions and serve to advocate and educate the market to help accelerate its overall growth of TikTok Global Business Solutions.

    As our Global Agency Lead, you will build C-Level relationships and develop innovative and commercially viable partnerships with key global agencies who represent Amazon's global media and creative relationships. You will also manage complex client relationships and bring a thorough understanding of the overall global business, building strong relationships with agencies and clients who represent spend across Amazon's complex business, and expanding our overall industry impact and ecosystem. This role will work with cross-functional teams to define global market strategies, lead overall agency product enablement and contribute to building a world class team and culture.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the potential transition from existing Global & Regional HolCo assignments for the Amazon LOB from incumbents to new entities with minimal drop in revenue pacing
    • Partner and drive global adoption of TikTok's digital advertising solutions by building strategic partnerships with global media and creative agencies which represent Amazon, while ensuring they ladder up to the agreed global partnerships
    • Build and foster long term senior relationships with global / regional client decision makers at Amazon, as well as their media and creative agency counterparts, managing the end-to-end customer relationship for their revenue, tech and data needs
    • Design overall digital marketing and product development strategies with Amazon's global agencies and advertisers with a view to drive adoption of TikTok Solutions to solve Amazon's business challenges
    • Drive thought leadership/strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g legal, sales, marketing and operations to ensure global consistency across global markets
    • Influence internal stakeholders to build or tailor solutions to meet the needs of agency customers
    • Be the connective tissue between internal agency & Amazon teams in key areas such as enterprise technology selling, relationship-building, account strategy and planning, opportunity identification, and competitive selling.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience in agency development and management experience.
    • Experience in digital advertising, enterprise solutions, online media buying and selling processes, and advertising technologies.
    • Experience in C-level technical stakeholder relationship management, translating their business needs into innovative technology solutions.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams.
    • Having key networks and connections within the macro global media agency landscape.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Global & regional experience in managing agency partnerships.
    • Able to lead and communicate across multiple global markets.
    • Ability to work several levels of the organization in parallel including ensuring quality implementation within clients and agencies, driving organizational change at the C-level, project management across external and internal departments.
    • Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales and account management approach.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with and in highly matrixed organizations.
    • Understanding of industry trends and demonstrated ability to translate trends into solutions that drive share shift from competing platforms.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $153000 - $250000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
