Position summary

E-Commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality. Roles & Responsibilities - Have a deep understanding of content and understand content quality. Responsible for the global ecosystem health of shopping live-streams and short video content. -Maintaining a fair and transparent operational policy to explore additional possibilities for growth and development; - Establishing a content ecosystem measurement system and constructing content ecosystem health indicators to track and maintain health and safety. Utilizing quantitative data analysis and qualitative observations to identify and reduce low-quality content, and discover potential unhealthy trends; - Coordinate with product team and algorithm team to build up a reasonable traffic distribution and content recommendation system to improve the e-commerce content quality and creator management. - Bachelor degree or above, more than 2+ years of experience in the Internet industry, majors in journalism, data, and statistics are preferred; - Strong skills in data analysis, familiar with SQL, and proficient in using SQL, EXCEL and other data statistical tools; - Understanding the short video or live stream industry; - Excellent coordination skills and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to build plans and projects.
