About the Team HR Technology aims to support global HR business success through technology and innovation. HRIS is the sub team of HR Tech, which provides system and platform support for the global HR team through HR information system enhancement. What You Will Do 1. Coordinate with China HRIS team to ensure the implementation and operation of Workday system globally. 2. Coordinate with People System and HR teams to analyze all HRIS requirements and develop and implement various HRIS procedures. 3. Design custom ad hoc reports, and resolve all queries and ensure accuracy in the same. Prepare all business documents and provide upgrades if required. Monitor HRIS systems and maintain the integrity of all data. 4. Prepare high-quality SOP for all system configurations and processes. 5. Monitor all designs and perform tests on all software integrations. Perform troubleshoot on all technical processes, and prepare the required database and provide support to all HRIS reports. 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 3-8 years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience. 3. 3-5 years of project management experience. 4. Systems implementation experience. 5. Good intercultural skills and communication skills.
