    Responsibilities

    • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and achieve key performance indicators globally.
    • Audience Targeting: Utilize TikTok's ad targeting options to effectively reach our target audience worldwide, including demographic targeting, interest targeting, and lookalike audience targeting.
    • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives within allocated budget constraints.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS), providing regular reports and insights to optimize performance.
    • Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, features, and best practices on TikTok and incorporate them into our advertising strategies.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, product marketing, and e-commerce, to ensure alignment of advertising efforts with overall business goals.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with TikTok's advertising policies and guidelines, as well as relevant regulations or laws pertaining to advertising and e-commerce.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Strong familiarity with TikTok's ad platform and tools, as well as basic knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end advertising campaigns, from strategic planning and creative development to execution and optimization, consistently exceeding performance targets through a deep understanding of diverse advertising platforms and methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to optimize performance.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn and implement new strategies and best practices.
    • Strong project management skills, experience with campaign planning cycles, and managing large budgets.
    • Demonstrated ability to independently manage successful campaigns, including planning, testing, and ongoing optimization.
      Preferred Qualifications
    • Able to devise and communicate global strategic direction for owned TikTok campaigns
    • Experience collaborating with creative teams to guide asset development using data-driven insights
    • Flexibility and the ability to pivot in real-time with a creative approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and varying phases of a campaign in a dynamic environment.
    • Self-motivated and resourceful.
    • Passionate and knowledgeable about TikTok's content and product.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $101300 - $188000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
