The Americas Mobility Team - AMT is focused on providing a best-in-class candidate/employee experience for transferees, while developing compliant processes. TikTok is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist - Canada & Latin America who will report to the Head of Global Mobility for the Americas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion of the TikTok Global Mobility Program. This is a Full-time position located in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert and consultant to Employees, Candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR and key stakeholders, leveraging industry knowledge and acquired experience;
- Design and implement key mobility processes by working with global stakeholders including Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement while taking into account country, regional, and global requirements;
- Work closely with the Performance & Incentives Team, as policy owners, to provide data driven insights to enhance policies and programs;
- Work in partnership with cross regional counterparts to achieve alignment and results;
- Serve as the process owner managing all Mobility vendors, including immigration, relocation, tax, and destination services to ensure processes are optimized and standards are adhered to.
- Advantageous to have 5+ years' experience of Canada and Latin America immigration and mobility experience;
- Fluent in reading, writing, and oral English and Spanish is a plus;
- Strong communicator and a resourceful problem-solver;
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization to provide high touch user experience;
- Responsible and positive work attitude with the ability to deal with challenging tasks;
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Legal or related field.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $87000 - $209000 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
