Position summary

This role can be based in China, Mountain View, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York! TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. We are looking for a Global Product Marketing Manager to join TikTok for Business Creative Insights team. Our mantra at TikTok for Business is “Don’t Make Ads, Make TikToks”. The Creative Insights team is the brain to make this possible for advertisers of all sizes. In this role, you will be responsible for creative insights products including TikTok Creative Center. You'll define opportunities and new product ideas through market research and analysis. You'll own the GTM and adoption of creative insights products. Responsibilities: - Partner with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to build, launch, and grow the TikTok commercial creative insights products via product and GTM efforts - Work closely with the Product team to influence the creative insights product roadmap - Determine internal and external go-to-market strategies including alpha/beta test, and public product launches - Draw on qualitative and quantitative insights to understand global product adoption - Conduct marketing research and analysis to define opportunities and recommend new product ideas or marketing strategies Qualifications: - BA/BS degree - 2+ years experience in product marketing, product management, marketing, or management consulting. - 2+ years experience in Creative agencies, in-house creative production teams of performance advertisers like gaming, eCom, and mobile apps. - In-depth domain knowledge of creative competitive landscape, best practices, and methodology of creative inspiration & generation. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high pressure international environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to build relationships internally and externally and work with key stakeholders across the organization - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with and influencing product and engineering teams - Knowledge of ad platforms TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
