    Position summary

    TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building lead generation solutions that enable businesses to create seamless interactions with their customers while ensuring our community feels comfortable and safe on the platform.

    We are looking for a Global Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, product management and business marketing to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our lead ads offerings.
    You will use your experience and marketing knowledge working with lead ads products to develop the strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on their plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans. You understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence advertisers, agencies, and other cross-functional partners.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Owner of 1-2 lead ads product solutions in TikTok's solution suite with a strong understanding of auction ads capabilities.
    2. Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok's lead ads products. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
    3. Responsible for helping drive strong sales strategy and to ensure high penetration of lead ad products.
    4. Communicate the value proposition of new products to all stakeholders and ensure that effective collateral and packages are created.
    5. Use strong storytelling skills to help build lead ads narratives to help sales teams solution-sell to advertisers.
    6. Partner closely with the Sales team to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.
    7. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives.

    Qualifications

    1. BA/BS degree or above.
    2. 3+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products, or 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry.
    3. Strong knowledge of lead ads solutions for different industries.
    4. Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
    5. Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences.
    6. A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
    7. A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
    8. Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
