Overview The Global Product Marketing Studio is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Specialist to create outbound, technology-led content that helps the TikTok For Business audience better understand the potential of our commercial offering. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive and brings a proven record of launching commercial products on a global scale, through strategic marketing plans, compelling research, messaging & narrative showcases, and impactful marketing collateral. They are a gifted storyteller, with the ability to concept creative ideas with brand objectives and the target consumer in mind. They have an appetite for learning, and are comfortable working outside their primary skill set and comfort zone, to help drive creativity and product innovation for TikTok. Responsibilities - Develop effective product narratives to support successful global product launches and grow product adoption at scale - Concept creative ideas that result in effective, breakthrough communication around our monetization products/solutions to position them as industry-leading, game-changing, memorable and ownable to TikTok - Build product stories with clear product positioning around strength & value and ensure each is supported by quantitative data - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional offices to create product narratives and marketing collateral, train sales and planning teams, contribute to internal/external communication strategies, and tailoring materials to ensure global product alignment - Understand and monitor competitive landscape and broad market/country trends in the advertising landscape in addition to emerging cultural and consumer trends - Gather market feedback to identify future opportunities and product evolution - Supports long-term product marketing strategies, focused on both product launches and sustained marketing efforts Qualifications - Recommended 7+ years of experience in a product marketing role; particularly B2B/AdTech products - Deep understanding of advertising technology industry and market trends - Proven success in applying analytics and customer research to inform product marketing solutions - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working across a wide range of stakeholders - Portfolio of relevant work demonstrating success bringing advertising products to market - Strong grasp and keen passion for marketing, technology and culture, and an understanding of the social media space - Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
