Job description:
- Provide appropriate planning and strategic recommendations based on location, workplace and seating requirements
- Deliver actionable plans after assessing the feasibility, cost effectiveness and other dimensions of business space requirements
- Coordinate space resources such as seating, meeting rooms and functional areas appropriately
- Identify potential blockers in daily workflows, systems and other scenarios, and put forward advice for effective use and optimization; be continuously aware of ongoing updates in policies, regulations and business/market environments for specific regions
- Communicate and collaborate closely with partner teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor degree or above; willing to accept travel duties
- Have relevant professional expertise in real estate, with some degree of understanding of space management, real estate project management and facility operations management
- Have good communication and coordination skills, able to work with agility and flexibility, and have good team spirit
- Have the ability to integrate and coordinate holistically information resources and strategic planning while exercising sound judgment
- Knowledge or experience using the current mainstream space management system is preferred

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $62400 - $128355 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
