- Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent data delivery service.
- Develop effective and efficient cross functional partnerships, to support the operations and influence action.
- Create, develop and maintain Training Management related items for onsite teams, such as onboarding plans, knowledge enablement scores, training success rate.
- Work closely with a number of cross functional departments, including legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing managers and scaled operations teams within T&S/Tech or related fields, with proven ability to grow and scale large teams in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated experience in quality management, performance reviews, and coaching, with a focus on leadership culture, team engagement, and motivation.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating effectively across global partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to train, mentor, and coach team members.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex data analysis, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to develop strategies, prioritize projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes under time constraints.
