Position summary

We are looking for an experienced creator marketing leader with a track record of bringing campaigns and solutions to market to lead our Global Creator Marketing organization. This is a critical role that requires strong partnerships with cross-functional and regional teams to build trust, accelerate brand love and deepen engagement amongst our diverse, international TikTok creator community. This marketing leader will manage and grow a high performing creator marketing team to drive globally consistent creator campaigns & programs in support of owned & cross-functional business goals. The Head of Global Creator Marketing will help us scale our creator marketing function at pace with our rapidly growing global platform and inspire creators everywhere to embrace TikTok as their platform of choice. The ideal candidate will bring a depth of functional creator & community marketing expertise along with a proven track record of close partnership with business and product leads, and growing and leading marketing teams in organizations of various stages of maturity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and grow a high-performing creator marketing team across multiple markets, to drive global strategies and localized execution of creator marketing programs & campaigns - Be the voice of our creator community to Marketing and other cross-functional teams, and advocate for the needs of our creators internally; drive alignment across product and business teams for the purpose of unifying our vision and goals for key creator audiences in local markets - Understand and evangelize for the needs of creators on TikTok, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve local audiences, across the entire creator lifecycle - Partner closely with leaders in content, product, marketing, PR, operations, strategy & research and finance to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination - Oversee the management of campaigns from a creator marketing perspective and in the development of creator marketing solutions such as programs, events, and scaled campaigns - Define and lead teams to develop creator recognition programs - Standardize workflow between cross-functional teams in the execution of creator campaigns and recognition programs - Champion Diversity & Inclusion in our marketing campaigns and activations - Set and evaluate measurable goals and metrics for your campaigns and programs to quantify success alongside key measurement, research, and strategy stakeholders - 12+ years marketing experience at creator-centric platforms or services used by millions, ideally in community or creator marketing-facing capacities - 5+ years experience managing global teams - Substantial experience as a communicator and storyteller from a creative campaign or brand - Ability to conceptualize across a broad range of creative projects including brand campaigns, activations, creative partnership solutions etc - Excellent communication and organization skills to draw alignment with regional and cross-functional teams, as well as senior leadership - Experience conceptualizing, planning and launching marketing campaigns, and driving & owning brand and performance KPIs - Experience leading and mentoring a diverse team across countries - Passionate about TikTok and our mission - Comfortable working in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment within a complex, matrixed organization - Charismatic, compelling speaker and strong oral & written communication skills for internal and external forums TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
