TikTok’s Brand Partnership Managers - Services are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top Services brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands. The Role: - You will identify new business opportunities for Services brands and agencies to partner with TikTok - Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions - Help deepen penetration in the Services verticals - Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market - Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships - Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions - Drive growth for the advertising business and the brand partnerships team in the region - Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales strategy - Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals - Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management Leadership - Drive growth for the advertising business and the Services brand partnership team in the region - Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales strategy - Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals - Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management Job requirement - Equivalent professional experience within the Digital Media Industry - Proven track record of leading a Sales Team to achieve revenue goals - Extensive experience of People management and talent development - Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals - Strong knowledge of the Services verticals in France - Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus - Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations - Excellent verbal and written English and French language skills - Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
