E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop. SMT is looking for a regional service delivery head role to manage our service delivery on a day-to-day basis and drive continuous improvement together with inhouse teams and BPO suppliers.
You will partner with the regional and global business leaders, ensuring the people plans are aligned to the business strategy. In this role, you will also influence and steer strategy, driving change to develop people capability and support e-commerce ambition growth plan of market launch, while empowering our talents to grow the company. To be successful in this role, you will understand the business priorities and translate them into a people agenda that supports the business as it grows. You will need a flexible skillset, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations. You will work with a diverse and international team cross functionally and regionally.
