Local Market Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the Brazilian talent landscape and local labor dynamics to adapt and implement global HR initiatives effectively within the local context.
Talent & Performance Management: Drive core HR cycles including performance reviews, talent mapping, succession planning, and compensation planning.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Serve as the crucial bridge between local Brazilian operations and regional/global HR Centers of Excellence, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across time zones and cultures.
Employee Engagement: Design and execute strategies that foster an inclusive, high-energy, and engaging work environment for the sales organization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner; 2+ years supporting commercial, sales, or tech organizations.
Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal), with the proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across regional and global teams.
Deep local market expertise, including a strong understanding of Brazilian labor laws, commercial talent trends, and standard methodologies.
Demonstrated resilience and agility; proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working within a global technology, media, or digital advertising company.
Experience leading or mentoring HR professionals.
Strong data fluency; ability to analyze HR metrics and translate them into actionable business insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, "builder" mindset.
