    • Local Market Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the Brazilian talent landscape and local labor dynamics to adapt and implement global HR initiatives effectively within the local context.
    • Talent & Performance Management: Drive core HR cycles including performance reviews, talent mapping, succession planning, and compensation planning.
    • Cross-Border Collaboration: Serve as the crucial bridge between local Brazilian operations and regional/global HR Centers of Excellence, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across time zones and cultures.
    • Employee Engagement: Design and execute strategies that foster an inclusive, high-energy, and engaging work environment for the sales organization.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner; 2+ years supporting commercial, sales, or tech organizations.
    • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal), with the proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across regional and global teams.
    • Deep local market expertise, including a strong understanding of Brazilian labor laws, commercial talent trends, and standard methodologies.
    • Demonstrated resilience and agility; proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and matrixed environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience working within a global technology, media, or digital advertising company.
    • Experience leading or mentoring HR professionals.
    • Strong data fluency; ability to analyze HR metrics and translate them into actionable business insights.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, "builder" mindset.
