We are passionate about this and hope you are too. - Cooperate with the HR/recruiting team to understand HR program requirements and team goals by applying creativity and innovation to support the fast-paced HR team globally; - Collect valid data and analyze hiring funnels to ensure recruiting health and help with hiring efficiency improvements; - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to better support global recruiting excellence; - Assist with performance review of employees and the implementation of employee care activities; - Support on recruiting issues if neccesary. - Prefer students who graduate in 2022 or 2023; - Demonstrate interest in human resource field. Keen to connect with people; - Fluent in reading, writing and oral English, multilingual ability is a plus; - Great communicator and team player; - Proven ability to develop sound research methodologies and collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret data.
