TikTok is seeking a HR Program Manager (with a focus on data and insights) to grow, redefine, and model our Global Business Solutions (GBS) Europe and Israel teams. The role is responsible for building the insights that support the HR strategic direction of the GBS team in Europe and Israel. Specifically, this role will build out the data and analytics capability as well as the reporting needed to support both global and local HR agenda. You'll be a people analytics specialist with the ability to serve data analytics in a way that assists in driving business decisions, mitigates risk and innovate the way in which we conduct our processes. The role will develop and scale programs including Talent Management; Org Design and Expansion; Leadership Development; and Onboarding with internal stakeholders, such as HR, Organization Effectiveness, HROP and the aligned business teams. The successful candidate will be proactive, curious and engage a variety of methods to gather, manipulate data and serve insights that help us enable a high growth commercial organisation. Responsibilities: • Support Head of HR for GBS Europe with strategic HR planning. • Align the local teams with global HR initiatives, and ensure they are fit for purpose in these markets. • Support or own the roll out and delivery of core Talent Management and Engagement activities (Annual Review; Employee Engagement Survey; GBS onboarding). • Create systems and streamline processes which drives HR team efficiency and clarity on expansion activities. • Create and update dashboards for the regional HR & TA teams for reviewing key people metrics. • Drive the alignment and regular collaboration with local and global HR/TA teams. • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows to ensure improvements for onboarding; OEEE processes; sales and management training, and ensuring the HR/TA teams are set up for success. • Leverage insight, data, and other feedback to run future planning exercises for the HR/TA team. - Experience managing programs through a structured, data-driven approach. - Minimum 5 years experience in HR Generalist, Business Partnering, or HR specialist roles. Experience in advertising, digital, commercial monetization is a plus. - Strong organizational skills and a consultative approach. - Experience in analyzing data and delivering recommendations. - Fluent verbal and written English. - Self-starter and fast learner with a start-up/entrepreneurial spirit.
